Welcome to BagXtra. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. What BagXtra Does
BagXtra is a digital marketplace that connects Shoppers who want to purchase items from U.S. retailers with Travelers who are willing to purchase and deliver those items internationally.
BagXtra does not own, store, or ship goods; does not act as a logistics provider; and does not employ Travelers. All transactions are facilitated between independent users.
2. User Roles
Shoppers submit item requests from approved retailers, pay upfront, and coordinate delivery with Travelers.
Travelers accept orders voluntarily, purchase and deliver items independently, and receive reimbursement and earnings upon completion.
3. Independent Relationship
Travelers are independent participants, not employees, agents, or representatives of BagXtra. BagXtra is not responsible for Traveler conduct, travel delays or disruptions, customs clearance outcomes, or loss or damage of goods.
4. Payments and Fund Handling
Shoppers pay upfront through the platform. Funds are temporarily held to facilitate the transaction. After successful delivery, the Traveler receives reimbursement plus earnings, and BagXtra retains a service fee.
BagXtra does not act as a bank or escrow service.
5. Pricing and Estimates
All prices shown are estimates only. Final costs may vary due to sales tax, store price differences, or product availability. Shoppers agree to review and approve material price changes when prompted.
6. Cancellations
Shoppers may cancel within 24 hours of payment. After that, cancellation depends on whether a Traveler has started the process. Refunds are evaluated based on order status and actions already taken by the Traveler.
7. Prohibited Items
The following are strictly prohibited: illegal or restricted goods; items that violate airline or customs regulations; and packages with unclear or undisclosed contents.
BagXtra reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
8. Risk Acknowledgment
By using BagXtra, users acknowledge that Travelers are not professional couriers, that international delivery involves inherent risks, and that delays, inspections, or disruptions may occur.
9. Dispute Resolution
BagXtra provides a structured dispute resolution process to support users. However, BagXtra is not a guarantor of outcomes. Final decisions may be made based on available evidence. See our Dispute Resolution Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BagXtra is not liable for loss, damage, or delays; actions of users; or customs-related issues. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Account Responsibility
Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. BagXtra may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
12. Updates to Terms
BagXtra may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
